Orders and Shipping
Navigate to the My Account tab and fill out our registration form. If you are a Wholesaler, create your account AND download our New Wholesaler Account Form on the same page. Once completed, email us your form and we will approve or deny your account ASAP. You will receive a notification from our team to state your account is now tax exempt for future online orders.
You can elect to keep your billing information (such as credit card number and billing address) on file in your account after your first purchase for a smoother ordering experience. If you do not choose to keep your card information on file, we will not store it.
It's rare, but if a return is necessary we have you covered
Returns and Exchanges
We rarely receive returns because our products are packaged and shipped with great care. However, if a return is ever necessary, we make the process simple. We will cover the return shipping costs and refund the product as long as it arrives back in the same condition it was sent. If you ever have an issue with your order, just contact us and we’ll take care of it right away.
